Prompt have a custom built computerised Inventory Management System called PromptIMS. This system is maintained in-house which gives us the control and flexibility to adapt to the specific needs of our clients.
Online ordering allows your staff to access your inventory 24 hours a day, and is designed for ease of use and flexibility. The system can be configured to have any number of user groups that have access to different stock or quantities of stock. The system also features an approval loop which allows product owners to make approval for their stock mandatory or set limits on the amount of stock users can order without triggering an approval.
