ENSURING YOUR CUSTOMERS RECEIVE WHAT THEY ORDERED

Our Pick & Pack process is designed maximise efficiency and minimise errors. Pickers are guided to each pick location by their picking slip and all bays and items are clearly labelled and barcoded.





Our process includes a number of checks and balances which increase accuracy and auditability. The staff we have working in the pick & pack process are supported by a strong process and are accountable for the orders they process, so they are highly motivated to pick accurately and pack securely.
